Research methodology
How the atlas separates events, identifies world lines, models causality, marks inferences, and audits every chapter for completeness.
Event criteria
A node represents a scene that changes character state, key information, an object’s location, a decision, a world line, or later causality. Shared events are not duplicated for adaptations; meaningful differences are attached as versions.
World lines and time
Divergence values remain strings, and unknown values are never guessed from similar plots. Story chronology and the order in which a work presents events remain separate views.
Audits and uncertainty
Chapters are assessed for completeness, compression, omissions, unknown world lines, and insufficient sources. Conflicting evidence remains visible instead of being collapsed into one unsupported answer.
