Before the first D-Mail record is deleted, Kurisu understands that the world-line change will cause her death. She and Okabe confess their feelings and say farewell.

What happened
Okabe must act while Mayuri and Kurisu face convergent deaths in different Attractor Fields. Kurisu chooses to let him save Mayuri.
Cause
Every intermediate D-Mail has been undone, leaving only SERN’s record of the first message.
Action / decision
They exchange their feelings, and Okabe proceeds toward the database deletion.
Consequence
Depending on the mail flags, the route can end in Paradox Meltdown or continue to the final chapter.
