What happened
The first supplies the production history of the unexplained video seen in the original game; the second sends the Operation Arclight instructions back to 2011. Neither video transmits the era coordinates of Mayuri and Suzuha.
Cause
Both Promised Rinascimento and Vega and Altair have established their necessary conditions.
Action / decision
Okabe and Daru each record a video message, arranging for them to reach Okabe in 2010 and Suzuha in 2011 under the appropriate conditions and at the appropriate times.
Consequence
Okabe in 2010 can execute Operation Skuld; Suzuha in 2011 can carry out Operation Arclight; and future Okabe prepares to take C193 in search of Mayuri and Suzuha.
Version differences
Both the game's true ending and anime episode 23 arrange two videos, but the recording, delivery, and rescue scenes differ in their presentation.
