Send a D-Mail from FB's Phone to Cancel Moeka's Action
Using FB’s phone, Okabe orders past Moeka to stop searching for the IBN 5100, restoring the history in which the shrine preserves the computer.

What happened
Okabe does not delete Moeka’s original D-Mail from a database. He exploits her obedience to FB by adding a new command from FB into the past.
Cause
Yugo’s identity, the effect of Moeka’s original D-Mail, and the consequences of Nae’s revenge branch are established.
Action / decision
Through the phone trigger, Okabe sends an order impersonating FB.
Consequence
The world line moves to 0.571046%; Moeka no longer takes the IBN 5100, although its return must still be confirmed.
