What happened
This is the moment when the player learns the result in the past; it no longer substitutes for the separate events positioned at 1975, around 1999, and 2000.
Cause
Before 2000, Suzuha entrusts the letter to Yugo with instructions to give it to Okabe later.
Action / decision
Okabe reads that his decision to make Suzuha stay caused the damage, amnesia, and mission failure.
Consequence
The player must choose whether to send the undo D-Mail and continue or refuse and enter Irreversible Reboot.
