Moeka Sends the D-Mail to Find the IBN 5100
Moeka outwardly claims that her message tells her past self not to replace her phone, but it actually causes her past self to obtain the IBN 5100 early. The computer consequently disappears from the shrine.

What happened
Okabe does not know the true content at this point. He infers it from the reconstructed world, in which Moeka is no longer a lab member. Chapter 9 later confirms the FB order and the handoff chain.
Cause
Moeka learns that the lab can send mail into the past.
Action / decision
She uses the PhoneWave (name subject to change) to send a D-Mail to her past self.
Consequence
The world line shifts to approximately 0.523299%; the IBN 5100 disappears from the shrine, blocking full access to the SERN database.
