Okabe finds that FB still abandoned Moeka after the D-Mail rewrite and that she died by suicide, then continues the investigation and identifies Yugo Tennouji as FB.

What happened
The Rounder network controls isolated members through dependence on a fictitious contact, while Yugo is also bound to SERN. Identifying FB does not itself undo Moeka’s D-Mail.
Cause
The IBN 5100 remains missing after Luka’s D-Mail is undone.
Action / decision
Okabe uses time leaps, Moeka’s phone, and surveillance to trace FB.
Consequence
Only an order from FB’s phone can make past Moeka stop searching for the IBN 5100.
Version differences
The game depicts Moeka’s treatment and Okabe’s violence more fully; The Braunian Motion of Love and Hate expands Yugo’s history of obedience.
